Reporting into the Finance & Business Operations Manager, the role will underline key financial business processes and assist the department in driving growth and profitability, at a scale few businesses have ever achieved. To succeed in this role, you must have strong financial modeling skills, as well as problem-solving and analytical skills. You will be expected to be a self-starter with a positive attitude and we’re looking for someone comfortable with proposing solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a Business Analyst, responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business

• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

• Contribute to end-to-end financial strategy-led projects, from supporting the preparation of project briefs to modeling of impacts

• Assist in the preparation of materials for monthly business reviews and quarterly reporting to Leadership

• Planning: Serve as a stakeholder in the development of the territory’s annual operating budget and quarterly forecasts

• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

• Reporting: Provide visibility, governance, and timely reporting of financials and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Portfolio optimization: Run analysis and modeling to support capital spend, ROI, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability

• Strategic Analysis: Support asset-specific analyses (e.g. asset performance reviews, new asset underwriting, portfolio optimization, pricing reviews, etc.)

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

Job Description for the Role of Data & Operations Analyst About the Role: The Data Analyst is the backbone of the Department. They are the custodians of information vital to the performance, efficiency, and tracking of our Operational goals. Working across Finance, Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Food & Beverage, Sustainability, Energy, Security, Technology & Community, they will lead the department in giving true insight for key stakeholders to gain visibility and to act accordingly. They will own operational reports that deliver the key data, for the right people at the right time.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the Operations Department responsibilities and Business Goals

• Generate incisive, engaging reports viewable by front-line teams to Executive level

• Work with Team & Managers to develop tools and systems to analyze performance

• Aggregate various data sources into simple & clean reports for teams to gain visibility and execute actions

• Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights

• Spot trends and data connections

• Deep dive into data to discover new metrics for performance drivers

• Standardisation of reporting tools & metrics

About this role :

What differentiates a startup from a conventional organization is the pace of growth, innovation, and exponential scale with limited means and resources. Most importantly, however, it is the nature of the team that is brought together, to be a few steps ahead of the competition, establish Product-market fit at a break-neck pace and execute the strategy. The EA & Founders’ Office role is entrepreneurial in nature and comes with a great deal of ownership. It would require partnering with the CEO and other co-founders in strategy planning, project management, special pilots, and budgeting. Demand forecasting, marketing allocation, pitch-decks, investor relations, and leadership / mid-management hiring should come naturally to him/her. This role entails rigor, hustle, hands-on-deck attitude, and endless patience for experimenting, detailing, and marshaling resources.

• 3-4 Years of managerial experience in category management, P&L ownership, project management, Executive assistance to leadership and/or consultancy

Job Description for the Role of Finance and Accounts Manager

About the Role:

Finance & Business Operations will measure and track KPIs and financial metrics that support strategic decision-making. You will balance multiple projects at once and partner with various operating and analytic groups. The ideal candidate is analytical, motivated, resourceful, and eager to dive into the data. To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership, communications, and relationships skills as well as strong problem solving and analytical skills. You will have significant autonomy, so we’re looking for good judgment and experience working cross-functionally and at all levels.

As a Finance and Accounts Head, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes

• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit

• Planning: Support in the development of the territory’s annual operating plan, budgeting, forecasting, and review.

• Reporting: Deliver timely reporting of financials and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Analytics: Perform asset-specific analyses (e.g. asset performance reviews, new asset underwriting, portfolio optimization, pricing, etc.) to drive business improvements at the the direction of the Territory Finance Leader and represent him/her when absent. • Understand and calculate the risk involved in the financial activities of the organization.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance, Economics, or other courses of study

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A and/or Strategic Finance equivalent functions; experience in analytically-driven roles is a plus (i.e. Investment Banking, Consulting, Analytics, etc.).

We are looking for a Research Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team that operates as the Business Intelligence team.
The team member will operate as the creator of dashboards and reports. The team provides data-driven insights to the Product & Experience Leadership and facilitates decision-making in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The analyst is responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive business insights and data integrity. The individual in this role will work closely with our Design, Development, Sales, and Finance teams. A successful data analyst will be a key team player and play a central role in operationalizing and executing global initiatives.

As a Research Analyst, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
