About the Role:

We are looking for a Research Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team that operates as the Business Intelligence team.
The team member will operate as the creator of dashboards and reports. The team provides data-driven insights to the Product & Experience Leadership and facilitates decision-making in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The analyst is responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive business insights and data integrity. The individual in this role will work closely with our Design, Development, Sales, and Finance teams. A successful data analyst will be a key team player and play a central role in operationalizing and executing global initiatives.

As a Research Analyst, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain reporting dashboards

• Provide analytics and performance monitoring to inform operational, functional, and business strategy

• Dive deep into our data to uncover actionable insights and make recommendations that will improve the global design and development operations

• Build, support, and maintain data models, as well as find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing our growing data requirements

• Own and handle multiple data initiatives and projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis

• Identify data issues and partner with the data management team members and technology teams to enhance reporting

• Concisely synthesize analyses into compelling presentations that identify key trends, insights, and implications

• Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload to ensure that project timelines are met

• Using data analyst and interpretation skills to guide the decision making of the business

• Using statistical and economic analysis of data modeling for techniques and tools

• Organising and storing data for future research and analysis

• Testing processes, policies, and protocols for efficiency and improvements

• Analysing and identifying trends and forecasts for improvements to the business processes

• Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques and industry standard primary research methods

• Preparing Market research reports using certain web tools/domains like LinkedIn, PR websites, Adwords etc Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Passion for data and its use in driving organizational change

• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and positive attitude

• Strong presentation skills and ability to create simple, compelling slides on complex topics

• Be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of the real estate and development industry

• Passionate about collaborating and putting out the absolute best work

• Extremely organized and great at managing productivity

• Must be detail-oriented and keen to dig into numbers and variances

• Excellent IT skills across the Microsoft suite and Statistical Software.

• Ability to collaborate cross functioning with people of all levels accurately

• Strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind
